There are a limited number of rooms reserved in each of these hotels for conference participants. It is operated on a 'first come first served' basis and rooms are only held until around the 1 August 2016. Please book accommodation as soon as possible, as hotels in Galway can fill up quickly. Some hotels have given us a special rate for participates. You need to quote the reference given after each hotel to avail of this rate.
